In my 20-plus years of watching girls’ basketball in the state if Kentucky there’s only one class that I can remember drawing as much attention at a young age.

And that class produced Crystal Kelly, Sarah Elliott and Jade Perry among others.

The Class of 2015 could be even better and looks a lot deeper, loaded with talented players already drawing major college attention.

It’s loaded!

Here’s a look at my early top 10……

1. Maci Morris, Bell County, 5-11, G – She’s going to be special. Already has a bunch of offers and interest, including an offer from Louisville and already some interest from Notre Dame, Stanford and Connecticut among others.

2. Morgan Turner, Meade County, 6-2, G – Watching her last winter as a freshman, she played like she was a veteran. She has a lot of potential.

3. Morgan Rich, Allen County, 5-11, G – Solid potential and a sensational spring. Has also drawn major interest so far, including Stanford, Notre Dame, Louisville and Xavier.

4. Ashanti Thomas, Lafayette, 6-3, C – She has a chance to be one of the better Lexington players in a long, long time.

5. Nora Kiesler, Assumption, 6-6, C – A major force in the middle on both ends. With a little more offensive development, she’ll be hard to stop.

6. Alexis Brewer, LaRue County, 5-10, G – The daughter of former Louisville guard James “Boo” Brewer has a lot of game and is already getting college attention.

7. Reauna Cleaver, Elizabethtown, 6-1, C

•  8. Alex Martin, Ballard, 5-7, G

9. Katie Moore, Leslie County, 5-9, G

10. (tie) Darien Huff, Elizabethtown, 5-8, G

10. (tie) Asia Sims, Bourbon County, 5-10, F

Logan Fraley, Boyd County, 5-11, F
